Company History

Many of our readers wanted to know about the "HISTORY" of this IDS. Well, to be perfectly honest, IDS was formed by Joe Savas and Nick Worrell in 1999 with the hopes of developing a national company that built unique products and kept the consumer in mind. Bottom line, our main question is "what does the customer want in a product?", rather than what can we sell them of what we feel they want!

Our experience has consisted of national sales, marketing directors, and division presidents. We have been responsible for the success and development for some of the top companies in the food, beverage and supplement industry. Our company does not only bring business experience but of our staff has competed and or coached internationally on USA teams as well as in world-class competition. So as you can see, this is more than just a job - it's been a way of life.

Here almost 10 years later, we have produced and marketed some of the leading products in the industry. Starting from humble beginnings in a 1500 sq ft warehouse, IDS launched some of the top testosterone products and fat burners in the industry. Knowing that in early 2004, these products were coming under close scrutiny, IDS had already marketed and developed a premier powder protein line called Multi Pro Whey. What made the Multi Pro Whey product unique was mix-ability and TASTE! Lets face it protein is protein so it all came down to taste, taste, taste and mix ability. IDS introduced Vanilla Cinnamon and Belgian Chocolate two unique and popular taste profiles unlike the common Creamy Vanilla and Double Dutch Chocolates in the market. Today IDS sells nationally and into 28 countries and our corporate headquarters are located in Orlando Florida in a 35,000 square foot building.

The protein market is very competitive and it was very hard to differentiate IDS from other popular and well marketed brands, so the next evolution in protein supplementation was in liquid form. In 2005 IDS introduced NEW WHEY Liquid Protein_ 42 grams of Protein 0 Carbs 0 Sugar all in 3.4 ounces and 25 grams of liquid in a plastic vial or (SHOTS). The original concept of liquid protein was to help bariatric patients and their need for protein, post surgery, making it available and convenient for a stomach that could only ingest 6 ounces of liquid at a time.
